Juror's Statement
THE JULY 2002
ALL-MEDIA MEMBERSHIP SHOW
Over the last ten years I have seen the quality of work submitted to The Art League shows improve dramatically. This month's show was very hard to choose because of the high quality of the work. There were particularly large numbers of good watercolors, prints, and photographs. I also noted a resurgence of fine figurative work, which parallels a national trend.
