Internships
Unpaid internships are available through the year for assisting in the gallery. A gallery internship provides great work experience where you not only gain direct experience working in the visual arts arena, but also learn about the business operations of the gallery. It can also fulfill collegiate intern requirements for both undergraduate and graduate programs. For more information, call 703-683-1780.

Paid Positions
The Art League employs a staff of approximately 30 full- and part-time employees in its five departments: Administration, Development, School, Gallery, and Store. Most of our staff is connected in some way to the arts, particularly the visual arts, but the skill sets needed for the various positions held are fine arts administration.

Teaching Positions
The Art League School is currently seeking a Fashion Illustrator and Designer with great drawing skills to teach our Saturday Fashion Illustration class. Applications should include several slides, tifs or jpegs of current work, a cover letter with statement of intent, and resumé.
