Biography:
Good pots come to life when the potter finds the rhythm of the turning clay.  Maintaining the rhythm, knowing when to speed up, slow down, or just step away is part of the learning process.  Pottery, like many other forms of art is a solitary journey of the artist and their medium.  But potters enjoy sharing their work, their food, and their experiences.  We will bring this sense of camaraderie to the classroom and together we will entertain, explore, and enjoy!  The class will cover throwing and hand building techniques and through demonstrations and one-on-one instruction each student will find the clay experience they are seeking.
