Abstract Acrylic Class . Acrylic is a versatile medium. Water/ medium make it act like watercolor . Heavy body or “tube” paint allow stiff peaks. Class demonstrations will inform students of each technical idea. The Principles and elements will reveal ways to look and act on your artwork. Examples of artist as well as, your fellow students class will be used to analyze and “find” the next step towards completing artwork.
Find your voice, your song .Vivaldi takes us there. Explore the possibilities of abstraction using the plasticity of acrylic paint and mark making . Richard Diebenkorn will lead us into world though an abstract artists compilation of paintings and drawing.
