Beginning/ Intermediate Etching is a technique that allows the printmaker to achieve wide tonal range and unlimited detail. Using zinc plates students learn to produce images with line etching, aquatint, soft ground etching, and drypoint techniques as they print small editions. A $40 lab fee is payable to the instructor.

Supplies: Most supplies are available in the classroom. Other supplies are available in the Art League Store and will be discussed by the instructor at the first class.
