Gain confidence in working with watercolor! All levels encouraged and welcome. From still-life, landscape, or human portrait, students learn to create fresh and vital works of art. Students develop brush and paint control to create luminous mixes and subtle nuances. Learn to observe and interpret the dynamic relationships that exist between elements within the pictorial space. Included are discussions of historical and contemporary examples and instructor demonstrations. Supplies are necessary for this class. Supply lists can be obtained at the Art League Store located on the second floor of the Torpedo Factory. They are open daily from 11 am to 5 pm. Possible model fees are extra.
