Introduction to Design

Learn the fundamentals of design that are inherent in everything from graphic design to fashion to industrial design and architecture. The class is taught in a studio setting utilizing friendly critiques in a fun and supportive environment similar to a first year university design studio. Complete 2-D and 3-D design exercises utilizing photography, power point, sketching and model making. The class can serve as a portfolio builder for those interested in pursuing a design profession or just an opportunity to expand your understanding & appreciation of the built environment.  The class is taught by an Architect/Interior Designer.  Any or all art backgrounds are welcome! For adults and teens ages 16 and up.

How to Register

Online registrations must be confirmed by office staff in order for your enrollment to be completed. You will receive one notification when we have received your form, and another when we have confirmed your enrollment in a course.
