Candace Edgerley teaches surface design and dye classes both at The Art League and Corcoran College of Art + Design.; As a studio artist, she designs fiber wall art and one-of-a-kind wearable art and accessories.; Candace specializes in Shibori hand-dyed silk and cotton.; She exhibits and sells her work at Fiberworks Studio and the Potomac Craftsmen Gallery at the Torpedo Factory in Old Town Alexandria.; She has exhibited nationally, in Korea, France and had a solo exhibition in Germany.; Candace is currently Vice President of the Surface Design Association, an international organization of textile artists, industrial designers, educators, technicians, curators, gallery owners, interior designers, students and enthusiasts.; She has a degree in Business from Northern Illinois University and further studies at the Corcoran College of Art + Design.

Candace Edgerley is a member artist of the Torpedo Factory Art Center.
