Thomas is an Alexandria based artist whose lifelong interest in art found focus when he started
ceramics. Ceramic, kindled a desire to learn techniques and methods from all sorts of different
mediums and to incorporate them into his work. His work with underglazes and colored
porcelain was initially stoked from discussions with other artists and trying to adapt their
techniques and tools to ceramics. He is also interested in the intersection between art and
technology, utilizing 3d printing and laser cutting to enhance his art processes. I have been a
student at the Art League in Alexandria, VA for over 10 years now which is where I make and
fire the majority of my work.
