description
Color spot is a method of direct painting distinguished by its freshness. A color spot is a piece of color carefully observed and applied to a white canvas, just as seen. These "spots" studied as to shape and location, create a mosaic of colors with little fusion of adjacent edges from which the painting is developed. This method accentuates space and atmosphere and allows for discovery of the unexpected in nature. This workshop works with oil paints.
