Abstracting Still Life with Acrylic

Instructor: Marsha Staiger

This is such an opportunity with our on-line setting for students to use their personal objects for intimate still life creations. I am so excited to use treasures of time to express abstractly each student’s story. Class allows time to create a personal reaction with color line, shape and texture. Bolstered by the principles and elements of design to demystify and reinvent the still life.

This class is presented on the Zoom digital platform.

A kit of supplies is available for purchase online through The Art League’s website, and can be shipped for a fee, or picked up curbside. *CLICK HERE to purchase a supply kit*

Most supplies and supply lists may also be obtained at The Art League Store in the Torpedo Factory, room 217.  The store hours are 11am – 5pm, Wednesday through Sunday. We offer curbside pickup at The Art League Store, allowing our customers to buy over the phone or online and then drive to our location at 105 North Union Street (or “curb”) to pick it up, without having to leave your car. Call ahead here: 703-548-8127. We offer a price-matching guarantee to our customers based on the advertised price for a specific product.
