Good for Beginners!
During this two-day workshop, students have the opportunity to design and weave plaid scarves or table runners using wool or cotton yarn. Students learn how to plan their project, dress/warp the look for the plaid design and create a woven structure by repeating the sequence. Several of the finishing techniques are covered as well. The instructor will provide step-by-step instructions and demonstrations, as well as guidance and feedback to all students. Materials fee is extra. Loom rental is included in the tuition.
