Experience the Raku firing process and learn about its vibrant possibilities.
Join us on Friday evening from 5pm to 8pm to glaze and prepare your pieces (they must be in bisque form) and then return on Saturday from 9am to 3pm for the firing. Each participant may bring two to four small or medium pieces of previously bisque-fired ware. Students who are more familiar with the studio and more advanced can just bring their ready to fire pieces on Saturday morning if they prefer. Glazes are included with the firing fee. Raku tongs and safety gear are furnished.
