“Transition to Digital” at The Art League

David Applegate (Conservator, National Gallery of Art) and Jim Steele (Photographer, Torpedo Factory Resident Artist) will present “Transition to Digital” on Thursday, November 18, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in the Art League Gallery.

This informal talk will focus on the transition from traditional film processes to the current state-of-the-art digital processing. Both technical and esthetic issues that have happened as a result of this transition will be discussed and the speakers will show examples of the various processes photographers use today. Visit The Art League’s Events page for further information. Reservations are not required.
