Described as a “womb to tomb” teacher, Keeley has taught art to every age from children to retirees. She grew up in the Portland Oregon area, but currently resides in the DC metro area. Influenced by the bold color of street art, and the technique of the masters, Keeley is interested in creating movement and color in her work.
