Good pots come to life when the potter finds the rhythm of the turning clay.; Maintaining the rhythm, knowing when to speed up, slow down, or just step away is part of the learning process.; Pottery, like many other forms of art is a solitary journey of the artist and their medium.; But potters enjoy sharing their work, their food, and their experiences.; We will bring this sense of camaraderie to the classroom and together we will entertain, explore, and enjoy!; The class will cover throwing and hand building techniques and through demonstrations and one-on-one instruction each student will find the clay experience they are seeking.
