Design and Weave a Plaid Scarf or Table Runner on Rigid Heddle Loom

Good for Beginners!

During this short course, students have the opportunity to design plaid using Tartan Generators and weave a scarf or table runner with wool or cotton yarn. Students will learn how to plan the project, warp rigid heddle loom for the plaid design and how to create woven structure by repeating sequence. Several of the finishing techniques like Hemstitch and Fringe Hem will also be covered. Teacher gives step by step instructions and demonstrations as well as guidance and feedback to all students.
