Our 2018 nationally juried Tabletop exhibit features functional ceramic, metal, and quilted wares – perfect for a sunny summer brunch or dinner party. The 36 pieces in the exhibit include: metal utensils, bowls, plates, mugs, table runners, and even a table itself.

This year’s juror, Cathi Jefferson, selected Donna Reinsel’s Serving Tools II, a set of avant-garde metalwork utensils as Best in Show for Functional Art and Stephen Heywood’s Triangular Bottle as Best in Show for Ceramics.

“Applying for shows such as ‘Tabletop’ is always an excellent way to help yourself move forward – to grow and stretch,” said Jefferson in a statement, “even if you don’t get in the show you have taken the risk – and risk is always growth! You never know where your work will take you so stay open and receptive – and hang on!”
