Mary Egger’s solo exhibit, And All That Jazzz, features paintings that capture the vibrant essence of jazz musicians and their instruments. Inspired by the Friday Jazz Program at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Washington, D.C., the series reflects a long meditation of watching and listening to the music she loves. Evolving through a thoughtful process of drawings and hands-on exploration of instruments like the saxophone, Eggers embodies the spirit and sound of jazz in visual form.
