Good for Beginners!
During this workshop students learn how to dress a rigid-heddle loom for weaving. Basic hand-controlled techniques are demonstrated, including tapestry weaving, rug making, open lace work, and cloth making. Some finishing techniques are also covered. The instructor gives step-by-step instructions and demonstrations along with feedback to all students. Looms along with materials are provided for a fee of $30 payable on the first day.
