Chalk artists

Deadline: September 27. Announcing the 2nd Annual Battle of the Artists, a street painting festival held on Battle Street in historic Old Town Manassas, VA. Artists are being sought to create art on the pavement using chalk pastels. There is no entry fee, and all art supplies are provided. $100 will be awarded to the “People’s Favorite” painting.
