2023 Annual Student/ Faculty Show

The annual Student/ Faculty Show is on view from February 23rd- March 5th, 2023 in the Art League Gallery studio 21, in the Torpedo Factory Art Center. You can also see artwork from children and teen students in the second floor hallways. Thank you to everyone who participated this year!

The Student/Faculty Show is back in person for 2023. We’ll be accepting submissions and exhibiting works in person only this year. Any students who took classes or workshops between the Fall of 2021 term and Winter 2023 may submit art they created for their coursework to the show. All eligible works will be accepted. A juror will award memberships and special prizes for a small number of the works submitted. This year’s juror is Rosemary Feit Covey. We can’t wait to see what you’ve got!

If you need to mail in your artwork, please call (703) 683-2323 or email ([email protected]) the school office.

Smaller works are preferred due to limited wall space and we are unable to accommodate diptychs. Art work must be framed and ready to hang. Although we take the utmost care in handling artwork, The Art League cannot be responsible for work that is lost or damaged. If you are submitting a pastel, be sure to indicate that on a note attached to the work.

Please consider volunteering with us!  We greatly appreciate student participation in preparing the show. You can help us with artwork drop-off or pick up, placing identification cards, providing hospitality at the reception. If you can help, please email [email protected] or call (703) 683-2323. Or sign up for a shift online here.

If you have any further questions, please call the school office at (703) 683-2323.
