The photographs in Meg Clarke’s solo exhibit, Cape Cod Waters, evoke the character and moods she finds in Cape Cods, ocean, ponds, rivers, and bay and the lands woven around them. Her subjects range across the “narrow Land,” from powerful waves against the Atlantic dunes to marsh grasses in quiet glacial ponds to sinuous tidal river channels. Each images reveals a facet of the interplay of water and reflected light unique to this place.
