Mahua Mazumdar’s solo exhibit, Expressions in Light, is an exploration of human emotion through expressions. Light moves through each piece like breath—illuminating, obscuring, revealing the inner architecture of feeling. Sometimes it gathers in soft pools across the body; other times it fractures, casting shadows that speak louder than form. Each figure becomes a site of reverie and reflection, not just a portrait but a threshold.
