In Holly Cole’s exhibit, “Vanishing,” she honors and highlights the vanishing creatures of the animal kingdom. She is inspired by the battles endured by endangered species to create sculptures and quilts from surplus war fabric and sheers. Cole aims to bring light to the rapidly disappearing habitats, the trophy hunting of wild animals, and changing climates of the natural world.
