Marshall Carolus is a watercolor artist living in Alexandria VA with a life-long fascination with the making and history of art. His art spans the gamut from representational to abstract and is based in a thorough understanding of form, value, and color. He has studied watercolor with teachers at the Art League and figure and portrait drawing at the Northern Virginia Community College. His watercolors have been included in shows across the Mid-Atlantic region and have entered several private collections. He is a signature member of the Potomac Valley Watercolorists and the Baltimore Watercolor Society and is highly involved in the arts community in the Northern Virginia area.
