Sally Gilliam

Sally Gilliam is a visual artist and educator with over 20 years of experience teaching drawing, painting, photography, digital media, and portfolio development. She holds a BA in Studio Art from Wake Forest University, and an MA in Art Therapy from George Washington University. Sally currently teaches high school art for Fairfax County Public Schools, where she mentors young artists through the IB Visual Arts program. Her students have earned numerous Scholastic Art Awards and admissions to top art schools. As both an exhibiting artist and passionate teacher, Sally is dedicated to helping all students build confidence, skill, and creative voice.
