Information Night TONIGHT

Thursday, January 21, 7 pm
The Art League Gallery 703-683-1780

“…nowhere in France a sky more blue than that of Collioure…” proclaimed Henri Matisse, upon discovering Collioure for the first time in 1905. Nestled on the southern French coast, this beautiful little gem, complete with castle (13c), little church with bell tower (1683), and pastel coloured houses awaits your exploration. Stroll the “Fauvism Path” and view, through actual little picture frame markers, the viewpoints from which the masterpieces of Matisse and other artists were created. Be inspired and create your own objet d’art!

Peter Ulrich will discuss this upcoming workshop and show examples of his work. All are welcome!
