1) Space in the heart of Old Town is available August 1. Plenty of natural light from a skylight and windows make this a great location. Please call or e-mail Bill Fonvielle for more information: 703-768-8585, [email protected].

2) Art studios are available in an old brick warehouse about 2.5 miles from the Torpedo Factory (near the intersection of Duke Street and South Quaker Lane). Free onsite parking and 24/7 access. Each artist has a key to the building’s main entrance and a studio key. Each studio has full spectrum lighting with a color temperature that matches sunlight. There are nine studios in the building, ranging in size from 197 to 1,064 square feet. There is also a larger industrial space available for a commercial artist or group of artists.
