Deadline: January 3. Hole in the Sky, a cooperative artist-run live/work space located in NE Washington, DC, will hold a series of juried shows showcasing the work of artists living and working in the DC metro area. Artist Residencies at the Carving Studio & Sculpture Center offer sculptors opportunities for inspiration and to create new work in the former marble quarry and manufacturing area of Vermont. Residencies are from one week to three months, featuring artists working in a diverse range of materials and techniques.
