Dogs have made their way into artwork for thousands of years, but keeping our furry best friends still for a studio session is notoriously hard! Even keeping pets still enough to snap an iPhone photo is hard enough!
The Art League has solved that for you in our upcoming Member’s Free Draw, a free studio drawing event for our Art League members that provides models so that you can practice your art. Our furry friends will be visiting us from People.Animals.Love!
We’ll also have an opportunity to work with a harpist and model, perfect for improving work on mastering the art of costume and figure drawing. Demos will be done by Art League instructor and dog lover, Susan O’Neill.
Member free draw runs from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM in the gallery, and is free to Art League members but make sure to register online so we know if you’ll be joining us.
