This workshop focuses on how intensity, temperature, and value affect colors and create space. The group will meet the evening before to talk through color ideas so that participants can start painting immediately on Saturday. Beginning with a limited palette, students progress through a series of still life projects, ultimately advancing to a full palette. Individuals address the exercises at their own skill level. Beginners are welcome and can use a palette knife to apply paint.
Supplies are required for this class. A supply list can be picked up at The Art League Store or in the school office.
