Wool Embroidery from the Andes

Students learn to embroider colorful floral designs in authentic Alpaca wool. This class is suitable for absolute beginners, as well as more experienced students. Students are taught a variety of designs and stitches that can be applied to the planning and beginning of a personal project such as clothing, pillows or tablecloths. A $30 materials fee paid to the instructor covers the cost of supplies. Additional amounts may be purchased from the instructor. Students need to bring a wool threader, a 6” embroidery hoop and a container to store their fabric and wool in.
