Winter Break in the Bahamas with Susan Abbott
With as cold as it’s been this week, everyone is going to be itching to escape somewhere WARM and sunny this winter. Now is the time to book your Winter Break to the Bahamas with internationally known artist Susan Abbott!
From February 9-14, 2012, escape to Elbow Cay, a tiny gem amongst the islands of the Bahamas known for its spectacular white sand beaches and aquamarine waters.
Only six miles long and one quarter of a mile wide, Elbow Cay boasts a magnificent barrier reef that protects its sandy coastline. The 18th century scenic settlement of Hope Town surrounds the harbor, and its pastel clapboard cottages are linked with white picket fences overflowing with tropical foliage, hibiscus and bougainvillea. The streets are picturesque, narrow and car-free, perfect for plein air painting!
