Susan O’Neill earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Michigan. She attended postgraduate studies in painting through the University of Michigan in Italy, Scotland, and Ireland. Additionally, she studies at the Art League in Alexandria since 2004 with Robert Liberace and Danni Dawson.
